Some players are so creative they just leave you in awe when you look at their projects. This guy is a perfect example. Inspired by his childhood days playing Gauntlet, he managed to build a special arcade style cabinet that supports Diablo 3! While playing this game with such a setup seems impossible, you can see him doing it right in this video:
According to the creator's official blog, the cabinet is made from cheap plywood and requires no game file modifications at all. Here are some WIP photos:

He used decals made from official Blizzard artwork and bought the controls from Sparkfun. If you where wondering how he managed to map all of the game's buttons to the ones you see in the images, he actually coded an intermediate program in VB.NET to facilitate this. Go programming!
Here are some more photos of the finished cabinet:

The only downside I can find to this very awesome cabinet is that you have to stay standing up for the whole duration. But hey, nothing is perfect right?
If you where trying to guess how the heck he gets past the login screen, he actually has a hidden keyboard behind the monitor.
Props to the dude for not only creating the world's first Diablo 3 cabinet, but also the world's first arcade cabinet that requires a constant internet connection!
